one night In the fall of 1993, harrod blank had a dream in which he covered his car with cameras and then drove around and took pictures of people on the streets. The public, unaware that the cameras worked, reacted naturally. at the end of the dream, harrodlooked at pictures taken with the van of faces frozen in the moment of awe, pictures so powerful that the next morning he decided to attempt to build such a vehicle in reality.

lost in translation | film
this is writer, director, fashion designer sofia coppola's new movie, i love virgins suicide, her direction to the atomsphere and the mood on the film is so unique, the only people that i think can compare to her works are wes anderson or spike jonez. so is the music in her movies, after watching the trailer i already want to get the soundtrack of this movie. heh, i'm glad that she's frank coppola's daughter or it would be hard to see any movies like hers.

dragonhead | film
based on the story of one of my favorite comic book, dragonhead. the story is about a boy who survived a train crash on his school trip, and discovered that japan or just tokyo (or the whole world?) had gone apocalyptic. this one is unique in everyway even in the comic world, i hope this movie is as good.
